1. Service Description

The Freedom Of Savings helps homeowners interested in solar energy with the planning and execution of "going solar". We are a consulting service, not a solar installer. We do not perform solar installations or own any solar equipment.

2. No Guarantee

We make no guarantee that you will qualify for solar installation, receive specific savings, or successfully complete an installation. 

3. Eligibility

You must be a homeowner located in a state we currently serve. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Your Information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of any contact information you provide.

5. Communications

By submitting our form or texting our number, you consent to receive communications from us related to your consultation, including SMS, email, and phone calls.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Freedom Of Savings is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, or the outcome of any solar consultation or installation.

7. SMS Communications

SMS messaging is only used for transactional communications (like appointment confirmations and reminders). We will never send promotional messages via text messages of phone calls. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.
